We present Edu KenKen puzzles with improper fractions. You have to simplify improper fractions and change them into mixed fractions. This will give you 3 digits to enter in the grid. Our edu kenken puzzles are a variant of the classic kenken puzzles with cages of different sizes. WitH edu kenken puzzles you can focus on a specific math problem like mulitplication tables, division, fractions, ...

Cages with our kenken puzzles with fractions always consist of 3 cells. These cells are connected horizontal, vertical or diagonal.

There are 4 levels to learn how to change improper fractions into mixed numbers:

Level 1: fractions ?/2 to ? ?/6. (ex 40/6 becomes 20/3 and in the end 6 2/3
Level 2: fractions ?/3 to ? ?/7. (ex 47/7 becomes 6 5/7
Level 3: fractions ?/4 to ? ?/8. (ex 35/8 becomes 4 3/8
Level 4: fractions ?/5 to ? ?/9. (ex 31/9 becomes 3 4/9

Try to simplify the fractions as much as possible.

Follow the steps to solve our kenken puzzles with improper fractions and change them into mixed numbers.

LEV: choose the starting level.
PUZZLE: choose a kenken puzzle. The number is in parentheses.
START: choose START to loaded the puzzle of you choice.
Choose a cell where you want to place a number. This cell will become yellow.
Choose one of the 6 big digits if you are sure of the number.
Choose one or more of the 6 small digits to indicate candidates.
If you select a digit that is already in the cell, then this digit will be removed.
Click on ✓ to check the kenken. The wrong cells turn red. If the puzzle is completely correct and you have found the mixed numbers, than all cells will become yellow.
