TECHNIQUES FOR 4-SHAPE WITH CORNERS

A 4-shape exist - as you can guess - out of 4 boxes. There are 4 models. When discussing this technique, we limit ourselves to the variants that form an angle such as (a) and (b).

In the example below we are looking for candidates for the boxes A, B anc C.

HOW TO SOLVE SUGURU PUZZLES:

• In box A you can never place 1-2-3-4, because than you can't place those numbers in the 4-shape (a).
• Conclusion: here needs to be number 5.
• In box B all the numbers are possible, but if your choice is 1-2-3-4, then you must place this same number in box C of the 4-shape (b).
